Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
• Strong experience in semiconductor process integration in leading fab/foundry.
• Experience with lithography, etch, thin film deposition, metallization, implant, CMP.
• Strong experience in yield analysis, metrology, and SPC implementation.
• Experience with Cadence, KLayout, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, COMSOL, ANSYS.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration for advanced semiconductor and photonic devices.
• Translate device architectures into manufacturable process flows.
• Drive proof-of-concept and prototyping builds.
• Define and track process parameters and integration metrics.
• Own end-to-end integration flow execution and readiness.
• Drive yield improvement and CIP across fabrication flows.
• Conduct optical, electrical, and tolerance analyses to improve devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate development.
