The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of operations experience in food or beverage production and a BA/BS in a relevant discipline. Responsibilities include managing capital projects, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operations experience in a food, beverage or chemical products production environment.
• Experience with micro sensitive products in an FDA or USDA regulated food safety system preferred.
• Experience in thermal processing of liquid products including hot fill and aseptic packaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management skills in plant support.
• Manage capital projects up to $6 MM.
• Promote a safe working environment in compliance with all safety standards.
