You will manage Daily Management Systems, enhance equipment reliability, support digital transformation efforts, analyze performance data to prioritize improvements, lead problem-solving activities, build employee capabilities, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee capital initiatives. **A Taste of Your Responsibilities** * Own Daily Management Systems (DMS) within the Business Unit, including creation and implementation of standards.* Use technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems to improve equipment reliability.* Develop employee capabilities related to systems, standards, and technical understanding.* Promote technological transformation through effective use and improvement of digital tools.* Analyze Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.* Lead small groups through structured problem-solving methodologies.* Manage small projects independently using tools within the Conagra Performance System.* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners.* Lead Business Unit capital project initiatives.* Provide direct oversight, administer discipline, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.* Perform other duties as required. **Ingredients Required for Your Success** * 2+ years of manufacturing experience.* Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Power BI, PowerApps, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems and equipment.* Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills.* Lean Six Sigma Methodology (yellow belt) preferred.* Project management experience* Bachelor's degree preferred. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
