Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field and 4+ years in GMP facility maintenance, support or operations.
• Strong knowledge of GMP quality practices, equipment support, and CMMS (Maximo).
• Experience with small molecule manufacturing equipment, especially downstream processes.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input for equipment qualification and develop operational procedures.
• Manage assets, troubleshoot issues, and support commissioning and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Oversee downstream equipment such as tablet presses and coating machines.
