This Maintenance Technician role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment, supporting validation, cost and process improvements, and operator training, all within ISO 13485 and 9001 compliant environments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two-year technical degree preferred.
• Hands-on maintenance tasks; ability to build fixtures and run production.
• Ability to execute simple projects without supervision.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 9001:2000 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Minimize downtime by troubleshooting and repairing equipment, tooling, and fixtures.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance.
• Train operators on production processes.
• Install equipment (IQ).
• Develop and implement quality procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Place orders for tooling and fixturing as needed.
• Report data accurately and maintain records.
• Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
