Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is expanding and opening a new Eau Claire facility. The Process Engineering Manager will provide technical direction to the engineering team and oversee timely, budget-conscious project execution.

You will collaborate with product teams and customers to develop new technology, training plans, and transitions to production. Responsibilities include leading engineering and quality activities, managing budgets and headcount, and ensuring roadmap alignment with business goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of process engineering experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Previous engineering supervisory experience preferred.
• PCB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
• Lead projects requiring advanced design/manufacturing knowledge.
• Manage department budgets, headcount, and capital equipment.
• Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps and capabilities.
• Ensure design robustness and manufacturability; perform DOE as needed.
• Ensure conformance to product development processes and milestones.
• Define safe practices and environmental compliance, including material handling.
