Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related) completed within the last 12 months or currently in progress.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and basic GD&T.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with programming, setup, or configuration of process equipment.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ activities and documentation.
• Assist with process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in validation runs and equipment testing.
