IFF is offering a 10–12 week summer internship in our Manufacturing Technology organization at the Beloit, WI facility. Students will gain hands-on experience by working on capital and process projects, applying Six Sigma methods, and collaborating with professionals to learn about IFF business units and operations.

The program emphasizes development through training, a team-driven environment, and adherence to IFF values of empowerment, expertise, integrity, innovation, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university.
• Enrolled in an ABET accredited program in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering.
• Have the right to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Work in a dynamic team environment that supports manufacturing technology projects.
• Develop understanding of the manufacturing technology environment through capital and process-related projects.
• Participate in internship program and undergo role-specific training and development.
• Perform analytical project work using Six Sigma methodology.
• Collaborate with experienced manufacturing technology professionals on responsibilities.
• Develop understanding of IFF business units, operations, and product offerings.
