The Process Engineering Intern supports manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Houston, TX specialty chemicals manufacturing facility. This role provides hands‑on experience in a production environment by leading projects that improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, safety, product quality, and data‑driven decision making. The intern will collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, engineering, and EHS teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and deliver sustainable improvements that support plant performance and business objectives.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $22‑$25 per hour.
