Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. seeks a Process Engineering Co-op to join the Corporate Manufacturing Technologies Team at the OKC corporate office. The internship runs July 2026 through December 2026 with some travel to plant sites.

You will work with Senior Process Engineers and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in process engineering challenges, data analysis, and digital tooling development to support efficiency and reliability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior or higher in Chemical Engineering with a 3.2 GPA or higher.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and good communication.
• Interest in manufacturing innovation, digital tools, and sustainability; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with LSB digital transformation initiatives.
• Gather/analyze data to assess asset performance, process safety and equipment reliability.
• Develop digital tools for health monitoring, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Support early-phase capital projects with feasibility studies and data analysis.
• Prepare documentation, presentations and technical reports.

They will work closely with the Senior Process Engineers and VP of Manufacturing Technology and will be located at the OKC corporate office. Some travel will be required.
