About the job Process Engineer Water Treatment LeadThis position will be responsible for leading a wide array of design tasks related to water facilities, such as:

• Lead drinking water process evaluations, selections, and implementation
• Lead detail design of drinking water treatment processes including:
  • Conventional treatment processes such as, and sedimentation basins
  • Conventional and advanced filtration
  • Membrane systems
  • Conventional and advanced disinfection systems
• Pump selection and pump station design
• Chemical storage and feed system design
• Piping and instrumentation drawing production
• Specification and contract document preparation
• Support of construction projects
• Oversee the development of construction drawings, and 3D models

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree incivil, environmental, chemical, mechanical, or biosystems/biological engineering. (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of direct design experience with municipal water plants.
