Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Process Engineer to lead the washing processes across two sites in Pennsauken, NJ and Middletown, DE, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and on-time delivery. The role covers cycle development, validation planning, and continuous improvement in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality and maintenance teams, develop procedures, analyze data for trends, and drive efficiency while maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related engineering.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma/medical device) preferred.
• Knowledge of washing processes and PW/WFI systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Creates and reviews validation, verification documents and procedures for the process.
• Manages validation of new designs, re-qualification, and cycle development enhancements.
• Analyzes test data and develops validation strategies for anomalies.
• Supports manufacturing operations with troubleshooting and process stability.
• Plans, executes and documents validation activities for processes and equipment.
• Collaborates with production, quality and maintenance to improve processes.
• Drives continuous improvement, change control and efficiency gains.
