Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering or related manufacturing role.
  • Advanced English for technical discussions and presentations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen, VSM, Standard Work, Time Studies).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes focused on eliminating waste, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and improving product quality. This role also supports the resolution of technical issues related to High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
  • Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Optimize production flow through line balancing and process standardization.
  • Support quality issue resolution and implement corrective and preventive improvements.
  • Provide technical support for High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop improvement plans based on data analysis.
  • Promote and sustain 5S practices throughout the manufacturing area.
  • Supervise personnel assigned to the area.
  • Manage the area's spare parts budget.
Skills and Minimum Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a similar discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Process Engineering or a related manufacturing role.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to participate in technical discussions and deliver presentations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including:
    • 5S
    • Kaizen
    • Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
    • Standard Work
    • Time Studies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent emotional intelligence, strategic influence, execution, innovation, decision‑making, customer focus, and collaboration skills.
