Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in chemical processing, refining, metals, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day process engineering support by monitoring process performance and partnering with Operations, Controls, Maintenance, Process Safety and EHS teams to ensure safe, compliant, reliable, and efficient refinery operations.
• Establish and maintain process performance baselines to identify opportunities and lead initiatives that improve OEE, productivity, recovery and process safety.
• Troubleshoot process issues, participate in root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain operating procedures, batch sheets, engineering documentation, and process control strategies.
• Support PHAs, MOCs, incident investigations and other process safety activities.
