Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a Biotech Engineer to troubleshoot purification equipment and optimize chromatography and UF/DF operations in our Juncos, Puerto Rico site. The role supports commercial manufacturing and requires GMP experience.

The position is a 6-month contract with 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours and immediate start. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Engineering (Chemical preferred) with 2 years' experience or a Master's degree, and knowledge of chromatography and UF/DF

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred) with 2 years' experience or a Master's degree.
• Knowledge of Chromatography and UF/DF processes.
• Experience with GMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot purification equipment and processes during daily operations.
• Support process optimization, system modifications and equipment upgrades.
• Write technical reports, change controls and validation protocols.
• Support deviations and root cause investigations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, process development, QA and validation.
