Responsibilities

• Tune Attention Management caching to support Hamilton launch spike on same hardware
• Keep RabbitMQ service humming through Hamilton's holiday traffic surge
• Build Cypress self-service tools to reduce ticket workload
• Pair PHP and Selenium in a scalable pipeline for future expansion
• Trace a community-minded tech bug across three Nginx services to the faulty line
