Job summary

Actus Nutrition in Wisconsin is seeking a Process Engineer to lead and manage strategic projects across current and future sites. You will identify, design, and implement improvements to equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing and new product launches, coordinating with vendors, plant management, and internal teams.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, yield improvement, CIP optimization, and scalable process development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Process, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Partner Project engineering experience.
• Good Windows skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Good oral and written communication skills, team spirit, dynamic, innovative, results-oriented, and autonomous.
• Significant interaction with manufacturing facilities is required.
• AutoCAD design.
• P&ID knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and plan projects with manufacturing teams for major production activities.
• Control and administrate budgets and timelines.
• Partner with plant managers to design and implement capital projects.
• Partner with contractors to define scope, budget, and timelines.
• Prepare project approval and justification documents.
• Identify, research, and adapt machine and equipment design for improvements.
• Lead projects with productivity and cost reduction impacts (yield, waste, CIP).
• Lead and manage projects to achieve measurable manufacturing objectives.
• Study and improve manufacturing processes and standard work.
