Your Responsibilities

• Production control and technical support for modules during the project phase
• Coordination and alignment of production processes in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Optimization of assembly processes for series-production products as well as internal workflows to increase productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
• Analysis of process deviations and implementation of appropriate improvement measures
• Process engineering support in handling customer inquiries and preparing technical proposals

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Relevant professional experience in a production, manufacturing, or process environment
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes
• A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as strong technical understanding
• Strong communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to travel
