Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Process/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on production experience with process improvement, troubleshooting and implementation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; Epicor/Kinetic experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAD and manufacturing support tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience supporting or leading new product introduction, engineering changes, or manufacturing readiness activities.
• Experience with structured problem‑solving methods, process controls, root cause analysis and lean manufacturing tools.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and balance daily production support with longer-term operational improvement.
