Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) in Chapel Hill is seeking a Process Engineer Intern for Summer 2027. You will assist with energy-efficient building solutions and support multi-disciplinary projects under experienced mentors.

Enrollment in a Chemical Engineering ABET-accredited program, good academic standing, and strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. This internship offers hands-on learning, exposure to real client work, and opportunities for professional growth within AEI.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in Chemical Engineering program from an ABET accredited school.
• Completed 3 years of coursework or have a junior standing.
• Minimum GPA of 2.5.
• Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations.
