Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or a related field of study required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in engineering preferred.
• 6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or related field or equivalent years of job experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and material flow across production operations
• Manage and maintain SAP Production Planning (PP) and Variant Configuration (VC) data including routings, material masters, and work centers
• Conduct time studies and labor analysis to establish accurate labor standards and support production costing
• Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to support automation and system integration
• Develop standard work, process documentation, and training to ensure consistency and scalability
• Support capacity planning, cost estimation, and performance tracking for equipment and operations
• This role may have direct reports.

As a Process Engineer(official title will be Industrial Engineer II/Sr) you will lead process improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing workflows, and enhance material flow across the factory.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT to implement data-driven solutions, improve SAP systems, and support automation efforts. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS AN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER II

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.The starting base pay range for this position is $95,161-$130,485 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
