Job summary

Curia in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Process Engineer II to support technology transfer for client processes and execute engineering functions from design through scale-up. The role provides guidance to supporting team members and may involve training new staff.

Requires a BS in Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field, and at least three years in pharma/biotech process engineering, with aseptic fill/finish experience preferred. Strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech or related industry.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience process engineering work experience.
Experience with aseptic fill/finish, preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops batch records and leads process activities for client-specific formulation and filling operations.
Acts as an SME for GMP investigations (CAPA, departures, CCRs) from initiation to closure.
Direct client interaction for routine discussions, summarizing engineering-related work completed verbally as well as written.
Identify and specify process-specific equipment based on facility, client, and program needs.
Adhere to safety requirements at all times.
