Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 8+ years in biopharmaceutical process engineering or MSAT.
• Experience interpreting process data and applying engineering stats to evaluate performance.
• Proven capability to lead data governance and knowledge-sharing initiatives in regulated settings.
• Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, Veeva Vault, Confluence, Tableau, and SQL is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process trends and parameter impacts to inform improvements.
• Coordinate data integration from internal and contract sites for monitoring and regulatory submissions.
• Develop data verification workflows to ensure accuracy, integrity and traceability.
• Lead data verification for commercial regulatory submissions.
• Develop systems to capture and retain institutional knowledge and make it accessible to technical teams.
• Collaborate with regulatory, quality, R&D, IT and manufacturing teams to build fit-for-purpose solutions.
