Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• 3–5 years engineering experience in a chemical manufacturing facility or similar.
• Knowledge of DeltaV DCS, HAZOP facilitation and process safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems to ensure quality of raw materials and finished products and support QC lab activity.
• Monitor and improve plant efficiency and output to meet supply requirements.
• Provide technical advice on plant operations and improvements.
• Collaborate on engineering analyses including design, cost analyses and equipment selection.
• Lead risk assessments, HAZOP studies and safety evaluations for staff and community.
• Oversee site QC Lab and ensure lab supplies for QC activities.
