Hargrove and Associates, Inc. seeks an entry-level process engineer to assist in routine designs of chemical/biochemical/petroleum projects under supervision. You will support concept layouts, cost studies, and material take-offs, using CAD tools and MS Office.
EIT registration is strongly preferred, with up to 1 year of related industrial experience. Occasional on-site travel may be required. Ideal candidates hold a BS/MS in engineering and demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills,
Generally responsible for performing routine designs of less complex engineering assignments using theoretical knowledge and practical design methods. This work will be performed under direct supervision.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Biochemical, or Petroleum Engineering from an accredited university is required.
Engineer in Training (EIT) registration is strongly preferred.
This position requires up to 1 year of relevant industrial experience in chemical, petroleum or biochemical process design engineering.
Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time.
