Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience, preferably in high volume assembly.
• Prior experience with process improvements, project management, and cellular manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and other problem solving methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for manufacturing automated equipment support.
• Prepare daily productivity reports for the department.
• Facilitate continuous improvement efforts and Kaizen events.
• Improve assembly and fabrication processes on production lines.
• Support new product development with process qualifications.
