Job summary

Momentive Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer at the Willoughby Quartz Plant to lead manufacturing processes for High Purity Quartz products in the semiconductor sector. You will work with engineers and production staff to drive safe, cost-effective production and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include implementing procedures, supporting new product launches, and collaborating across functions to improve yield, quality, and delivery while maintaining a strong safety

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience as a Process Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, Materials, or Ceramics Engineering
• Demonstrated Mechanical Aptitude
• Decisive and hands-on
• Strong analytical and technical skills with excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite leadership and engineering excellence in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving with Operations and Maintenance
• Establish and maintain production and maintenance procedures
• Develop new products and processes
• Interact with vendors for project proposals
• Lead 5S improvements and visual management
• Analyze process data to identify trends and ensure stability
• Ensure product quality through materials testing and process reliability
