Job summary

Alleima in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for fine wire production, collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to drive stability and quality.

You will analyze data, lead root cause investigations, and pursue continuous improvement to increase yield and efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced medical materials environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on process engineering or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Experience with ERP/MES and data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for fine wire production.
• Monitor process capability, equipment performance, and product quality using data analysis.
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, increase yield, and improve throughput.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D on new products and technologies.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation such as process specs, work instructions, control plans, and SOPs.
• Provide technical support for operations and equipment qualifications and process validations.
