Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, has an opening for a Process Engineer based at the Anaheim, CA facility. This role is responsible for reviewing, improving, and standardizing manufacturing processes and supporting documentation for strip-wound magnetic components.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing process engineering experience with electromechanical products.
• Experience interpreting drawings and engineering requirements; comfortable on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Review, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and documentation.
• Lead development and control of process documentation to ensure quality.
• Identify process risks, tooling needs, and training gaps; implement corrective actions.
