Job summary

New Generation Wellness (NGW) seeks a Process Engineer to own and improve commercial production lines. You will identify major losses, drive data-based fixes, and ensure lasting gains in yield, OEE, and cost on the manufacturing floor.

The role partners with Operations, Quality, and Product Development, reporting to the VP of Product Development. Required are 3+ years in regulated manufacturing, a relevant engineering degree, and strong statistics/quality-system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering required with related field

Responsibilities

• Own line performance: yield, first-time-right, scrap, downtime, OEE.
• Lead projects to reduce losses using data.
• Develop control strategies; SPC and process capability analysis.
