Job summary

Eagle Foods is seeking a manufacturing/process engineering professional to support operations on the production floor, drive continuous improvement, and lead capital and efficiency initiatives. The role focuses on understanding equipment, improving processes, and partnering with maintenance and quality teams to sustain reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required (Chemical/Mechanical/Packaging preferred).
• 1+ year of project, process or packaging engineering experience.
• Continuous improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong floor presence to support operations and drive process improvement.
• Spend time on production lines to understand equipment and process flow.
• Execute plant priorities established by CI and Engineering Manager.
• Identify and resolve line process and packaging barriers to meet capacities and ensure stable operations.
• Conduct root-cause failure analysis for equipment and processes with Maintenance and Reliability teams.
• Deliver technical training to operating teams on equipment, processes, and standard work.
