Job summary

Arphia Partners Ltd is seeking a Contract Process Engineer for a six-month engagement in New Jersey. The role is hands-on in a commercial-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, focusing on process performance and manufacturing execution rather than early-stage work.

You will work with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Validation and Engineering to troubleshoot production issues, drive yield and throughput improvements, and support validated processes and continued process verification in a cGMP

Contract Process Engineer | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

New Jersey | 6-Month Contract | $75–$95/hour

We are supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer with the appointment of an experienced Process Engineer for an initial six-month contract in New Jersey.

This is a hands-on commercial manufacturing position. The focus is established production at scale, process performance and manufacturing execution, not laboratory or early-stage development work.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Validation and Engineering to improve process performance, troubleshoot production issues and support reliable, compliant manufacturing.

Initial contract: 6 months

Location: New Jersey

Rate: $75–$95/hour, depending on experience
