Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 2–5+ years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analytics tools.
• Experience with safety, reliability, and cost improvement initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Identify and drive preventive and corrective actions for safety, reliability, quality, and cost.
• Lead project pre-studies and prepare scope packages for implementation.
• Support troubleshooting with maintenance and operations.
• Coordinate MOC/RCA actions and loss control activities.
• Coordinate 24‑hour operation supports and overtime as needed.
• Participate in PHA/HAZOP.
