Job summary

Qualifications

• 4‑year college degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Materials Engineering.
• Data analyst background with some knowledge of AI application is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends in process variations for continuous improvement monitoring.
• Develop SOPs for new process improvements and operations.
• Study and recommend changes to production processes to improve quality and productivity.
• Develop and perform experimental process tests with detailed reporting.
• Monitor processes to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Provide technical advice and interpretation of specifications.
• Relieve production supervision as needed.
• Maintain and update quality programs (ISO, Six Sigma).
