We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Process Engineer Co-Op (full-time Spring 2027 & Summer 2027) This position will be in Vichy, MO.*Must be available to take a semester off from school and work 40 hours per week for the duration of the co-op.*Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. The majority of work will be performed at the Vichy facility, with occasional travel to the Rolla facility.Summary:This role focuses on characterizing products and manufacturing processes, analyzing data, and supporting continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety. The position also works closely with technicians and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process challenges, document findings, and support chemical manufacturing operations.
