Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer – Clean In Place (CIP) Equipment to provide technical support for maintenance teams, particularly during major overhauls and equipment breakdowns.
This role involves designing training programs for CIP systems and requires 5-10+ years of experience in CIP equipment, ideally in the beverage industry. The position entails significant travel and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

The Process Engineer – Clean In Place (CIP) Equipment provides remote and on-site technical support to maintenance teams, particularly during major overhauls, CAPEX projects and equipment breakdowns across production lines. This role is also responsible for designing, delivering and continuously improving specialized training programs focused on the CIP systems used in the production lines for soft drinks and water.
Serve as a subject matter expert in CIP technologies for CCSWB.
Develop maintenance training material for the CIP equipment, which includes:
Provide technical assistance to the maintenance teams before, during and after major interventions in CIP equipment, and during breakdowns, which include:
Maintain and update asset records of CIP equipment:
