Job summary

INEOS KOH seeks a Process Engineer to support the plant team on manufacturing issues affecting SHE, Quality, Operations and Maintenance. The role focuses on medium to long term improvements while serving as a technical resource for day-to-day inquiries.

Responsibilities include SHE reviews, incident investigations, procedure writing, training, operating envelope definition, and project coordination to ensure safe, reliable and cost-effective production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Experience in process industries and continuous improvement is preferred.
• Must read and apply SHE laws and regulations; PSM plant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance to resolve plant issues.
• Write and review operating procedures and train personnel on new processes.
• Participate in SHE reviews and lead incident investigations with sustainable actions.
• Define safe operating envelopes and optimize operating conditions for cost-effective production.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal projects from inception through completion.
