Are you a Process Engineer, Additive Manufacturing Engineer, or Mechanical Engineer looking to deepen your expertise in cutting-edge metal additive manufacturing, with clear technical progression into Senior / Principal level roles?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to join a Cutting-edge Manufacturing business where you will take ownership of process optimisation work, running experiments and tuning critical print parameters to improve throughput, quality and repeatability across production.

This company operates in the metal additive manufacturing and contract manufacturing space. They support various industries and are continuing to invest in their engineering capability.

In this role you will design and optimize print plans using specialist data software, tune process parameters (laser, gas flow and thermal), run design-of-experiments, operate industrial 3D printers and create detailed test reports. You will also work across post-processing workflows, metrology and precision measurement systems, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team to troubleshoot equipment and improve performance.

The Role:

The Person:
