About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Process Engineer to join our leading manufacturing team. In this role, you will have the chance to directly improve production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to innovation within a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do
  • Drive and support initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, safety, and product quality.
  • Offer daily technical assistance to plant operations, including troubleshooting process and equipment issues, with a focus on PLC systems.
  • Review process changes, specifications, and materials to ensure they meet standards and consistency.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and plant staff.
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
  • Proven skills in PLC troubleshooting and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
