Job summary

Infinitek Limited in Fort Edward, NY is seeking a Process Engineer to join a large-scale paper manufacturing operation focused on real process improvement, capital projects, troubleshooting and equipment optimisation.

You will work with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering on the plant floor to identify problems and implement effective solutions, blending hands-on engagement with data-driven analysis to boost reliability and performance.

The Opportunity

If you’re a Process Engineer who enjoys being close to the action, this could be a good one.

You’ll be joining a large-scale paper manufacturing operation where you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in real process improvement, capital projects, troubleshooting and equipment optimisation.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply sit behind a desk analysing data. You’ll work directly with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering to understand what’s happening on the floor, find the problems and make things work better.

What will you be working on?

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Pulp & Paper Engineering or a related discipline
• 1 to 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment
• Someone who enjoys solving problems and getting into the detail
• Comfortable working with Operations and Maintenance teams

Paper, pulp or tissue experience would be a strong advantage, but strong manufacturing process engineering experience is the key requirement.
