The engineer will need to understand the equipment and process for each work area on the production floor. Improvements will need to be identified and implemented in a timely manner. The engineer will also be responsible to research, maintain, and operate the 3D printers. Eye exam is required annually.* Demonstrated ability to work with production floor associates.* Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers.* Demonstrated ability to utilize TTM Praxa system for all Engineering tasks.* Proficient in the use of Adobe, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, Solidworks* Robust troubleshooting and problem solving skills.* Ability to work effectively with little supervision.* U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (due to ITAR regulations)**Education:*** BSME with experience in robotics and/or automation and 3D printing preferred or a Technical degree and 5+ years engineering/technical related experience in robotics / automation / 3D Printing.**Preferred Experience:*** Experience with conveyor systems and electronics manufacturing is a plus.* Experience Dealing with suppliers and customer* Project Management experience is a plus.## ## ## ***Compensation and Benefits:***TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs.
