APPLIED ENGINEERING INC in Ripon, WI is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production methods and equipment. You will lead improvements with cross-functional teams to boost safety, quality, throughput, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include evaluating new equipment, conducting time studies, and supporting Kaizen events while collaborating with suppliers across Wisconsin to strengthen manufacturing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering required
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process improvement or industrial processes
• Hands-on production-floor experience in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to document complex processes
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, capability studies, process mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis preferred
• Experience with 3D modeling or CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar
• Experience in manual or semi-manual production environments (not fully automated facilities) strongly preferred
• Capable of working independently and as a team member
