Job summary

Zeus Industrial Products is seeking a process engineer to drive continuous improvement in polymer extrusion operations in Orangeburg, SC. You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Design teams to resolve issues and implement new processes.

Responsibilities include starting up equipment, training operators, and establishing best-practice SOPs while promoting the Zeus Operating System and guiding principles.

Qualifications

• Continuous improvement mindset with Kaizen, SPC, and TPM experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in polymer extrusion preferred. Plastics experience (Injection / Extrusion) / Extrusion experience (Rubber, etc) / Medical device process is preferred
• 4 yr. Engineering Degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing Systems or Lean Certification preferred
• Able to understand and document a process accurately
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
