Job summary

Established Search Ltd. partners with a Global Personal Care Contract Manufacturing Organisation and seeks a hands-on Process Engineer based in New Jersey. You will bridge R&D, production and quality to support scale-up, optimization and compliant manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support the scale-up of new products from lab and pilot batches to full production.
• Troubleshoot process issues on the floor and drive root-cause resolution.
• Optimize existing processes to improve yield, throughput, and consistency.
• Develop and update batch records, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Support process validation and ensure GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and maintenance on continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop a proper foundation in personal care manufacturing. You will work across compounding, filling and packaging, sitting at the intersection of R&D, production and quality, with real exposure and a clear development pathway in a growing, well-invested business.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting the scale-up of new products from lab and pilot batches to full production.
• Troubleshooting process issues on the floor and driving root-cause resolution.
• Optimising existing processes to improve yield, throughput, and consistency.
• Developing and updating batch records, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Supporting process validation and ensuring GMP compliance.
• Collaborating with R&D, production, quality, and maintenance on continuous improvement.

You Will Possess

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of process scale-up fundamentals.
• Familiarity with GMP and quality standards in a regulated setting.
