Natoli Engineering in St. Charles, MO, seeks a Process Engineer to analyze and improve manufacturing processes, design and test new methods, and drive operational excellence in the plant.

You will lead Lean and Kaizen initiatives, collaborate with equipment vendors, and guide technicians while ensuring quality and cost reductions across production lines. This role emphasizes hands-on process development in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs and conferring with equipment vendors.
• Develop processes by studying product requirements and testing methods and equipment; design and modify as needed.
• Improve efficiency by analyzing workflows, space, and layout; optimize production lines.
• Design testing methods to assure product and process quality and establish standards.
• Provide cost data and forecasts by calculating production, labor, and material costs; review schedules.

Job description

The Process Engineer will analyze current manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize costs.
