Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing/process engineer in Logan, Utah to help design, implement and optimize PCB manufacturing processes. You will work to improve yield, specify materials and process parameters, and collaborate with engineering and production teams.

The role emphasizes protocol adherence, English-language procedures, and direct interaction with customers to discuss process improvements and failure analyses. Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technically related field is required.
• Chemical Engineering emphasis is highly preferred.
• 1–5 years electrochemical copper plating experience or related PCB process experience.
• 1–5 years ENEPIG surface finish experience.
• 1–3 years general PCB experience preferred.

Scope

According to customer and internal specifications, designs and implements manufacturing processes and equipment for the manufacture of PCB’s, including process optimization and continual improvement.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
