Job summary

Virtue America is seeking a Process Engineer with hands-on Technology Transfer experience to support a leading Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology project. The role involves leading Technology Transfer from development to manufacturing, transferring processes and knowledge between sites, and ensuring GMP/cGMP compliance to support scale-up and manufacturing readiness.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Validation, and Engineering teams, preparing documentation and driving

Qualifications

• Strong Process Engineering experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
• Strong Technology Transfer experience is the primary requirement.
• Experience transferring processes from development to manufacturing or between manufacturing sites.
• Strong understanding of GMP/cGMP manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
