Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Primary Talent Partners has a direct placement opportunity for a Process Engineer Lead with an Engineering & Environmental Services client in Greenville SC.

Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000

**Registered Professional Engineer (PE) license is required for this role**

About the Role:

As part of the Greenville Water Design Center (WDC) for our client, this Process Engineer Lead will be responsible for building, leading and managing an integral group of engineering professionals in support of various projects for our clients Greenville Water Design Center.

As partof a multi-discipline team, your team will be responsible for process design and management in support of Water Services Group projects company-wide. Diversity in high-volume, custom plant projects will allow this senior engineer the opportunity to be hands-on with design, implement, and optimize water and wastewater treatment processes directly involved with client services, provide mentorship to team members, and actively participate in marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supporting regional teams with treatment related business development activities

2. Developing conceptual level designs for water and wastewater treatment systems

3. Developing detailed designs, including contract documents (plans and specifications)

4. Coordinating with process mechanical team for detailed design services for treatment facilities

5. Preparing design calculations, coordinating with other support discipline activities on projects, coordinating with regional Garver offices and regulating agencies, construction cost estimating, and quality assurance and control

6. Managing and mentoring teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring delivery of quality work products which adhere to Garver standardization

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited program

● 10+ years of municipal water/wastewater process-related design experience

● 2+ years of experience leading design projects

● Process modeling software experience such as Hydromatis GPS-X, Dynamita Sumo, and/or EnviroSim BioWin.
