Job summary

Intellectt Inc. in Draper, Utah seeks a Process Engineer to support sustaining and continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on process optimization, root cause analysis, yield/scrap reduction, process characterization, and validation. You will work on the floor with technicians and engineering teams, lead Lean Six Sigma projects, and collaborate on IQ/OQ/PQ, equipment qualification, and change control to drive quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science, or related Engineering.
• Regulated manufacturing experience; medical device/pharma preferred.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, RCA, and statistical analysis skills.
• Experience with Minitab or similar statistical tools.
• Experience with validation, qualification, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and improve manufacturing processes, yield, quality, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot process issues using RCA, DMAIC, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Perform process characterization and analyze manufacturing data.
• Use Minitab, DOE, SPC, and statistical analysis to identify process variation.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on yield, scrap, efficiency, and labor reduction.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ, process validation, equipment qualification, and change control.
• Work ~20% on the manufacturing floor with technicians and engineering teams.
• Document technical findings and provide data-driven recommendations.

Schedule: Onsite, 5 days/week
