We are currently seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer – Injection Molding to join our Engineering team.

What You'll Do

As a Process Engineer, you will serve as the technical expert for injection molding operations, driving process improvements, supporting new product launches, and ensuring stable, efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Developing and optimizing injection molding processes.
• Troubleshooting molding and quality issues.
• Supporting APQP and launch activities.
• Reducing scrap, downtime, and cycle times.
• Supporting mold trials and engineering changes.
• Working closely with Production, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance teams.
• Training and mentoring Process Technicians and production personnel.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of injection molding experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, PPAP, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Scientific molding experience preferred.
• RJG certification is a plus.
